On 19 March 2020, the libraries at Lund University cancelled overdue fines for books and other items that were returned too late. This was a part of the libraries' adjustment to the coronavirus and was done to avoid that disease carriers or those in quarantine would need to come to the libraries for the returning of books. Now, we will also be going back to the routine that loans are renewable five times, instead of eleven times as has been an interim measure during this period.
