Acland's Video Atlas of Human Anatomy

This Video Atlas was originally intended to be used by individual medical and dental students. Because of its realism, simple language, and three-dimensional quality, the Video Atlas has become popular with students and teachers in many other fields and also with people not on a professional learning path who are looking for information about human anatomy.

 

Bates' Visual Guide to Physical Examination

Now in its Fifth Edition and featuring completely reshot content and new clinical skills videos, Bates’ Visual Guide delivers head-to-toe and systems-based physical examination techniques for the (Advanced) Assessment or Introduction to Clinical Medicine course. The site features more than 8 hours of video content.

 

China Local Gazetters (post 1949)

The China Local Gazetteers database is a collection of Chinese local gazetteers published after 1949, covering provinces, cities, counties and townships of all regions of China. The local gazetteers provide information on economy, public finance, governance, public security, urban and rural development, agriculture, industry, transportation, business, natural science, social science, education, culture, sport and public health. As of December 2014, there were over 27,678 volumes included in this database. More titles are added annually.

Book History Online

BHO is the international bibliography in the field of book and library history. It provides a comprehensive survey of all scholarly publications written from a historical perspective. Included are monographs, articles and reviews dealing with the history of the printed book, its arts, crafts, techniques and equipment, its economic, social and cultural environment, as well as its production, distribution, preservation and description.

 

LWW Health Library (Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Speech, Language, Hearing)

LWW Health Library is Lippincott's online platform for the delivery of high quality educational content. From the anatomical sciences to pharmacology and pathology, the platform has authoritative texts, multimedia resources, and teaching and learning tools.

 

Brill's Encyclopedia of Hinduism
