LUBsearch for scholars and scientists

LUBsearch is a search tool for many of the electronic resources provided by Lund University Libraries - journals, e-books, scientific publications from the Swedish universities. LUBsearch don’t need to know where an article has been published to find it in LUBsearch as you search articles from several providers at one time.

In addition to licensed material, you will find a great number of freely available journals, databases and e-books. All content in DOAJ – Directory of Open Access Journals – is accessible Lubsearch.

In Databases A-Z all subject databases are listed.

The libraries provide the publishing service Lund University Publications (LUP) for electronic archiving of dissertations. In LUP it is possible to register and upload the full text of other kinds of scientific work. If your department publishes a printed journal, the libraries can help you to transform it into electronic format.

The Lund University Libraries Head Office has vast experience in bibliometric research, and performs different types of analyses on request.

Use your subject library

Your subject library can, for example, help you in working out relevant search strategies, and can also give you tips and advice about important databases within different subject fields. You can also book a librarian.

The Øresund lending agreement

Through a lending agreement, researchers can borrow items from all universities and university colleges within The Øresund University. University employees are issued library cards on showing photo ID and a letter of appointment, pay slip etc. A library card gives the library user the right to use the collections according to the rules that apply at each library. Electronic resources may be used when visiting each library.
