Upgrade of the library system Lovisa

The night between August 21 and 22, Lovisa will be upgraded. Therefore Lovisa will not be accessible on Thursday 21 from 10 am. On Friday 22 the system should be running again. The upgrade is supposed to fix the bugs which came with the change of version of library system last winter.
