The Library Council consists of the Director of Libraries, the Faculty Librarian from each faculty, a representative from libraries not belonging to a faculty, a representative from the University Library and two coordinators from the University Library.
The Library Council’s function is to prepare strategic errands for the Library Board and to advice the Director of Libraries about questions that he decides. The Library Council at LUB has at its disposal a number of work and reference groups working on activity related issues.
